New user request require 24 hours notice (Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm) to ensure a smooth transition for this individual and ensure that all company applications are configured correctly.

An additional reasonable amount of notice is required (at least 72 hours) if this person requires a new PC or has any special setup and configuration requirements beyond basic email, word and excel access.
