I wanted to make sure that I thanked the Infinite Edge team for how easy they made the transition from our old (issue-riddled) system to the new server. Based on our previous experiences with other service providers, I had anticipated large interruptions and inconvenience, and had anticipated quite a bit of staff downtime while the system was changed over and enduring some teething issues. I'd even cleared the morning in my diary from the first day my team were to use the new server to be on hand to help resolve them.

But ... nothing happened. It was seamless, flawless, even enjoyable.
